MLS service areas can overlap and vary within the same county, city or surrounding area. The MLS systems shown represent markets we commonly serve, not complete territories, and the MLS for a specific property is confirmed based on its exact address at the time the listing is assigned. County lists describe the broader regional networks these systems participate in, especially for NYSAMLS, and are not a blanket guarantee of listing eligibility at every address; specific local MLS participation and brokerage listing arrangements are verified before coverage is confirmed.

Areas reviewed individually
These areas are not assigned to an MLS by assumption. Send us the property address and the listing broker will confirm whether we can list it before you order.
- Brooklyn (Kings County). Brooklyn properties may involve OneKey MLS or Brooklyn MLS. The supported route is confirmed by the broker before an order is accepted.
- Staten Island (Richmond County). Staten Island is served by its own board MLS. Coverage is confirmed individually before an order is accepted.
- Hudson Valley counties. Dutchess, Orange, Ulster, Putnam and nearby counties are confirmed from the exact property address.
New York coverage questions
- Which MLS will my New York property be listed in?
- New York listings are entered into the regional MLS that serves the property. We confirm the MLS from your property address before your listing is prepared.
- Do any New York MLS systems use a different package?
- OneKey MLS, Global MLS and NYSAMLS listings all use the same $149 Standard or $188 Premium package, with no MLS surcharge. Greater Binghamton MLS, Manhattan / REBNY RLS, Otsego-Delaware MLS, Adirondack Champlain Valley MLS and Hudson Valley Catskill Region MLS placement are different: each is offered as an optional, separately priced MLS upgrade and is not included in the Standard or Premium package. All five use one shared $150 Higher-Priced MLS Markets add-on, charged on top of the Standard or Premium package and confirmed only after broker approval of the property address. Shared MLS data access through NYSAMLS is not the same as direct listing placement in these systems. Hudson Valley Catskill Region MLS is separate from OneKey MLS; legitimate overlapping coverage is preserved, but direct placement in each system depends on the property's location and applicable MLS requirements. Addresses we cannot confidently place are flagged for manual review instead of being moved to a different price.
- Is a second MLS available for New York properties?
- A second MLS listing is an optional upgrade whose availability is subject to brokerage approval. It may not be available for every property, and we don't promise additional MLS exposure until it is confirmed.
- Can you list every property in New York?
- Not necessarily. MLS availability depends on the property's location. Contact us with your property address before ordering and we'll confirm whether we can list it and which MLS applies.
- Will my listing appear on consumer real estate websites?
- Listing information may be shared with consumer real estate websites through MLS data feeds. Each website decides how, and whether, it displays particular listing information.
Not sure which MLS covers your property? Tell us the property address when you contact us and we'll confirm the right MLS before you order.
